Qualifications
📍Basic Qualifications  📍8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications 
📍9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD 📍10+ years of experience in product management, payments, fintech, or related fields.  📍Experience with B2B payments, stablecoins, digital assets, blockchain, or money movement infrastructure.  📍Demonstrated ability to drive cross functional product development from 0 → 1, including defining requirements, navigating ambiguity, and bringing new capabilities to market.  📍Proven track record of leading go-to-market execution across regions and partner ecosystems.  📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex technical and regulatory concepts.  📍Excellent communication, executive level storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
