We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager, Tokenization with a passion for digital assets and blockchain products to lead the development of our asset tokenization and RWA (Real World Asset) infrastructure. We believe that the best managers are technologists first with a product mindset who seek to make a larger impact in their organizations.
Responsibilities:
šWork with a team of talented engineers and product managers to deliver tokenization products and features that support Zero Hash's business. šPartner closely with product and program managers to ensure the tokenization roadmap is well understood and the team is able to plan and execute on expected outcomes. šWork with the team on technical planning to ensure that product requirements ā such as smart contract logic and asset lifecycle management ā are captured in the technical solution. šPartner with other Engineering Managers to drive the broader technical roadmap forward. šSupport the engineering team in achieving a high level of technical excellence in blockchain development and integration. šManage processes to help the team do its best work and interface effectively with the rest of Zero Hash. šRecruit, coach, and develop engineers, specifically those specialising in smart contracts and distributed ledger technology. šHelp engineers establish career development plans within the evolving digital asset space. šContribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of Zero Hash's engineering management team. šParticipate in essential technical, design, and product discussions with leaders across product and operations teams. šOversee the success of your team's projects and achieve quantifiable results regarding asset issuance and throughput. šIntroduce industry-leading engineering patterns and practices that give us the confidence to do bold things in the RWA space. šMake consistent development contributions to maintain competency with our codebase and system architecture.
Requirements:
š10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a significant focus on building and maintaining robust APIs and SDKs for B2B integration. š5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing staff and principal-level engineers. šBS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent years of work experience. šProven track record of managing teams that have delivered complex, production-grade blockchain or financial products. šGolang expertise, familiar with Go's idiomatic approach and niches. šFamiliarity with TypeScript and React for frontend services and dashboarding. šExpertise in smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, or Go-based chaincode). šExperience with token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, and security token standards like ERC-1400). šKnowledge of on-chain transaction flows, minting/burning logic, and oracle integration. šSolid understanding of the lifecycle of Real World Assets (RWAs) and their transition to digital ledgers. šFamiliarity with custody solutions, multi-sig architectures, and MPC (Multi-Party Computation). šUnderstanding of regulatory requirements relevant to digital securities and tokenized assets (e.g., KYC/AML triggers on-chain). šExperience building and managing mission-critical backend systems such as high-throughput accounting/ledger systems. šExperience with distributed system design and messaging frameworks (e.g., Kafka, NATS, or ZeroMQ). šExpertise in writing highly concurrent, multi-threaded code and optimising for high-throughput environments.
