What youâll do
📍Lead the concepting, development, and execution of integrated creative campaigns across brand, product, and performance channels 📍Manage and mentor a team of creativesâdesigners, writers, and motion designersâby providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and opportunities for growth 📍Partner with marketing, product, design, and leadership teams to define briefs and develop creative that drives business growth and cultural relevance 📍Present work to senior leadership and cross-functional teams with clarity, strategy, and confidence 📍Ensure consistency and cohesion across creative outputâfrom high-level storytelling to detailed execution
What you bring
📍10+ years of experience in design, art direction, or brand storytelling, including 3+ years in a people management role 📍A strong track record of leading creative teams and producing impactful, integrated campaigns across brand, product, and social marketing 📍Deep knowledge of brand systems and experience scaling them across channels and markets 📍A clear creative vision with the ability to translate business goals into compelling creative concepts 📍Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when engaging with executive stakeholders
