đź“ŤCreate the strategy for how PayPal should engage with SMBs onboarding to, and managing their businesses through, our platforms and translate that vision into a clear plan with strong execution đź“ŤDefine bundle constructs and pricing across the suite of products and services beyond payments that PayPal brings to market for SMBs đź“ŤDetermine how best to enable these capabilities across all PayPal channels/brands (e.g., Venmo) đź“ŤLeverage AI to deliver high-value, personalized, self-service interactions with our customers

Your day-to-day

📍Balance product, commercial and resource considerations to drive optimal outcomes for our customers, always thinking customer-back 📍Partner closely with product, marketing, finance, design and other critical stakeholders to prioritize and execute on the introduction and adoption of these new experiences, cross sell and upsell into the user base, and enable optimizations.  📍Monitor key metrics and KPIs to track progress against delivery targets and growth goals; actively navigate potential issues and provide regular updates to senior leadership.  📍Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to product growth and user acquisition.
