Job Summary
What You Will Work On
šManage a select portfolio of strategic accounts, building strong relationships and serving as a trusted partner, including meeting clients in person in NY and at conferences šMentor and develop Account Manager(s) to exceed client satisfaction and revenue goals šDrive net retention, prospect and network for upsells to existing clients šProvide hands-on support in post-sales processes, ensuring seamless client onboarding and ongoing support šProactively communicate product updates and feature launches to clients šRespond to client inquiries via their designated support channel, ensuring timely and effective resolution šBuild dashboards, watchlists, and news feeds tailored to client needs šMaintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records with detailed client interactions and progress šGather and aggregate client feedback and deliver actionable insights to the product team šCollaborate with Account Executives to win new business and increase sales on an as needed basis
Requirements
šBA/BS degree or equivalent experience in account management, sales, or a related field š5+ years of experience in account management, with at least 3 years in a player-coach or mentorship role šExperience or strong interest in cryptocurrency markets is required šBackground in working with institutional investors, combined with a solid understanding of finance and trading, is essential šExcellent leadership, presentation, relationship-building, and communication skills šProven ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions šStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities šProficiency in CRM platforms; SQL and Python experience is a plus
