Job Summary

What You Will Work On

šŸ“Manage a select portfolio of strategic accounts, building strong relationships and serving as a trusted partner, including meeting clients in person in NY and at conferences šŸ“Mentor and develop Account Manager(s) to exceed client satisfaction and revenue goals šŸ“Drive net retention, prospect and network for upsells to existing clients šŸ“Provide hands-on support in post-sales processes, ensuring seamless client onboarding and ongoing support šŸ“Proactively communicate product updates and feature launches to clients šŸ“Respond to client inquiries via their designated support channel, ensuring timely and effective resolution šŸ“Build dashboards, watchlists, and news feeds tailored to client needs šŸ“Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records with detailed client interactions and progress šŸ“Gather and aggregate client feedback and deliver actionable insights to the product team šŸ“Collaborate with Account Executives to win new business and increase sales on an as needed basis

Requirements

šŸ“BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in account management, sales, or a related field šŸ“5+ years of experience in account management, with at least 3 years in a player-coach or mentorship role šŸ“Experience or strong interest in cryptocurrency markets is required šŸ“Background in working with institutional investors, combined with a solid understanding of finance and trading, is essential šŸ“Excellent leadership, presentation, relationship-building, and communication skills šŸ“Proven ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions šŸ“Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities šŸ“Proficiency in CRM platforms; SQL and Python experience is a plus
