Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Conduct HR audits and investigations. šŸ“Manage the HR budget. šŸ“Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures. šŸ“Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters. šŸ“Participate in ad hoc projects when required.

What we are looking for:

šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree in human resources management or equivalent. šŸ“7 years+ of experience in human resources or related field. šŸ“Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. šŸ“Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy. šŸ“Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations. šŸ“Efficient HR administration and people management skills. šŸ“Knowledge of HR functions and best practices. šŸ“Excellent written and verbal communication skills. šŸ“Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines. šŸ“Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software. šŸ“Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills. šŸ“Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
