Job Summary
What You Will Be Doing:
šCollaborate with data analysts & stakeholders to understand business requirements in-depth, design expected outcomes and user stories šGather, clean up, and integrate data from various sources šMonitor and improve data and model quality šImplement statistical and/or machine learning models to drive actionable insights šProductize existing models šSupport models over their lifetime šVisualize model results, integrate with Tableau dashboards & extract business insights šDiscuss results with stakeholders and iterate on both processes and outcomes
What We Look For:
šUniversity degree in Economics / Finance / Applied Mathematics / šStatistics / Computer Science or a tightly related field š3+ years experience as a Data Scientist or data-driven Consultant šTheoretical knowledge of common statistical and machine learning algorithms - e.g. predictive, clustering, classification, optimization algorithms šProven ability for practical application of such models to solve business problems - e.g. forecasting, customer segmentation, customer engagement, driver impact analysis šExperience in exploring, integrating, and modeling massive data sets (100+ millions of rows with dozens of variables) šProficiency in SQL, Python / R šReporting and Data Visualization skills will be considered a plus šWorking experience with AWS solutions will be considered a plus šExperience in finance, banking, and/or crypto will be considered a plus
