Responsibilities
šDevelop Solana programs using the Rust Anchor frameworkWrite unit and integration tests to ensure program security and stability šConduct security audits, identify vulnerabilities, and optimise Programs šWork with SPL Tokens, Token 2022, and Metaplex Core for NFT and token integrations šDevelop client libraries for integrating with our Programs using Rust and Node.js šCollaborate with backend engineers and product teams to define and implement protocol features šMonitor on-chain activity, debug issues, and optimise performance Tech Stack šLanguages & Frameworks: Rust, Anchor šSolana Tools: SPL Token, Token 2022, Metaplex, Metaplex Core šTesting: Rust, Node.js, Typescript
Qualifications
š3+ years of experience in Rust development1+ years working with Solana Programs and Anchor framework šStrong understanding of Solana's runtime, transaction execution, and security best practices šExperience with DeFi, RWA (Real-World Assets), and staking mechanisms šKnowledge of SPL Token standards and Metaplex NFT protocols šAbility to write and audit secure Programs, preventing common exploits šExperience developing client libraries for external integrations šExperience working in Agile environments (Jira, sprints, standups, retrospectives)
