Responsibilities:

📍Business Operations & Strategic Execution: 📍Support company-wide strategic operational processes, including company-wide OKR facilitation, monitoring, and reporting. 📍Help implement new business operations frameworks and processes. 📍Serve as the taskmaster and operational glue, ensuring seamless execution of Strategy team priorities. 📍Support creation of executive-level presentations, dashboards, and analytical reports to provide visibility and actionable insights into strategic initiatives and business performance. 📍Conduct ad-hoc analyses, market research, and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decisions across Gemini’s business units. 📍Gemini Frontier Fund: 📍Own and maintain portfolio-tracking systems (Affinity CRM, performance reports, etc.) to ensure portfolio and pipeline data is accurate, timely, and complete. 📍Manage GFF administrative workflows including portfolio reporting, custody operations, and deal execution. 📍Support new investment sourcing, diligence, and evaluation processes, including drafting concise, IC-ready investment memos as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

📍2-4 years of experience in venture capital, corporate strategy, management consulting, or startup business operations. 📍Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to tackle ambiguous challenges. 📍Proven ability to independently manage complex workflows, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality outputs on tight deadlines. 📍Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex information to diverse internal stakeholders. 📍Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented; ability to chase down information and execute tasks effectively with minimal oversight.
