What You’ll Do

📍Event Strategy & Execution: Own the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale events, sport partnership activations, and co-branded initiatives from conception to completion. 📍Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. 📍Strategic Research: Conduct deep-dive research on market trends, competitor activities, and potential partners to identify high-value opportunities for event collaborations. 📍Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present comprehensive reports, ROI analyses, and marketing materials for senior leadership and external partners. 📍Process Optimisation: Oversee and refine complex operational processes, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met with precision. 📍Brand Communication: Proactively identify and implement ways to enhance brand storytelling and communication across all event channels.

Who You Are

📍Experience: Professional experience in partnerships, marketing, or event management, preferably in a fast-paced or international setting. 📍Organizational Mastery: Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously. 📍Proactive Leader: A creative problem-solver who is eager to drive results and take ownership within a dynamic environment. 📍Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and German; additional languages are a significant advantage. 📍Technical Proficiency: Expert level in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and experienced in using advanced marketing and collaboration tools.
