Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
šAcquire high-quality new clients through efficient outbound strategies (Hunting) + cross-sell & upsell existing clients by providing top-notch consultative sales. šIdentify business opportunities targeting mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups; consistently meet and exceed sales targets and deliver revenue growth as an individual contributor. šManage full sales cycle and executive effective pipeline strategy: lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, discovery, objection handling, development, negotiating, and closing. šProvide timely, detailed, and actionable feedback to management. product and engineering teams to constantly improve Jeevesā platform features and financial services offerings. šCollaborate with marketing and customer success to develop your own materials and increase conversion rates šBuild an effortless and value-driven client experience while working directly with a versatile portfolio of business owners to help support their financial goals šCollaborate with marketing and customer success to develop your own materials and increase conversion rates šWork with our Country & Regional Managers to develop, track, and exceed quota targets. šBuild an effortless and value-driven client experience while working directly with a versatile portfolio of business owners to help support their financial goals
Requirements:
š6+ yearsā experience in sales or business development šTop tier consulting or Investment Banking experience early in career + prior experience working within a fast-growing startup, fintech, payments, cross border experience is strongly preferred but not required šAn existing network of transferable B2B relationships preferably with mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups is a must šDemonstrated ability to garner attention, present professionally, and communicate at all levels of an organization - focus on CFOs, Partners, and Business Owners šSuccessful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
