Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Deliver tailored demonstrations of the Fusion platform to RIA prospects and manage CRM data in HubSpot, including contact segmentation, workflow automation, and accurate record-keeping. 📍Assist the sales team with scheduling, administrative tasks, and preparation of sales materials while maintaining strong client relationships and providing prompt support. 📍Stay current on Fusion platform updates, address technical questions, collaborate with product teams, and provide data-driven insights to improve sales and demo processes.
What you bring
📍Solid understanding of custodial services and the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) industry. 📍Proficiency with CRM systems; experience with HubSpot is preferred. 📍Strong presentation, communication, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. 📍Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively. 📍Prior experience in a similar role within the financial or tech sector is a plus; ability to travel up to 25%; SIE preferred.
