Job Summary

Responsibilities

📍 Prepare and monitor monthly schedule and sales team performance. 📍 Set sales goals, achieve the goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed 📍 Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities to improve, and implement them. 📍 Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Understand category-specific landscapes and trends. 📍Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members. 📍 Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts. 📍Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment 📍Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed. 📍 Motivating and inspiring the sales team to surpass their potential. 📍Cooperate with other departments for reaching the best results.

Requirements

Requirements and skills 📍 3-5 years of experience with proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets. 📍 Excellent knowledge of FX markets and products. 📍 Previous experience as a sales executive or sales manager. 📍 Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. 📍Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. 📍 Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services. 📍Proven ability to position products against competitors. 📍Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions. 📍Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. 📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
