At Be[in]Crypto, we create content and products to educate and inspire everyone with crypto & Web3. We generate original content and cover the major news, and make it available in 14 languages. We make it fast and simple. We are much more than a media publication. We also develop educational products and tools and have 4 more products inside our digital nomad backpack: Learn, Rankings, Academy, and Jobs. It’s what keeps us inventing and reinventing, all the time. Our culture is wide open, just like our spaces. We are looking for an awesome B2B Sales Manager to join us on our Directories Project. You’ll be responsible for finding and connecting with the best Web3 companies, closing deals, keeping the team in the loop with progress reports, and blowing those sales quotas out of the water! ➔ What you’ll do: • Be the go-to person for web3, blockchain, and crypto clients when they’re wrapping up their Directory purchase – helping ensure a smooth and professional experience. • Spot high-potential companies that could get more out of advertising on our Directories platform. • Reach out to potential Web3 clients with social media and other digital channels. • Close Directory deals and ensure onboarding goes smoothly. • Generate leads for the sales team by researching target Web3 clients, understand their needs, and maintain a prospect pipeline. • Work with SDRs and MDRs to create tailored sales tactics that speak to Web3 customers fit for the Directory. • Give regular updates on lead status and progress, making sure all info is transparent. • Meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas to achieve company goals about the Directory. • Update HubSpot CRM with accurate records on all Directory sales activities – use data to make decisions. • Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and what competitors are up to in the web3; blockchain space. ➔ It’s a perfect match if you have: • Proven track record of selling the Directory services to businesses and organizations on the Web3 market. • At least two years of B2B Sales experience, expertise in Directories is essential. • Fluency in English (both speaking and writing). • Strong network and relationships in the Web3 space. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment. ➔ ‍What we can offer: • A true startup experience – flat hierarchy, no bureaucracy, and the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on a growing business. • A culture of autonomy and accountability. • A people-focused organization dedicated to making sure you’re maxing out on learning, growth, and impact, and getting recognized for the great work you do along the way. • Constant growth opportunities. • The chance to join a stellar team of talents and learn from them. • We have team members in 60 countries all over the world!
