Job Summary
What You'll Do
šDevelop and execute the overall ecosystem growth strategy for the public blockchain, driving sustained expansion across developers, project teams, and users. šBuild and scale a global developer growth framework, including but not limited to hackathons, grant programs, accelerators, and community operations. šAttract high-quality applications and leading projects in key verticals to establish a diversified and robust ecosystem. šDesign and optimize ecosystem incentive mechanisms, including developer incentives, liquidity incentives, and on-chain campaigns. šIncrease on-chain activity and user retention, and lead the creation of flagship ecosystem growth initiatives. šEstablish a comprehensive ecosystem data analytics framework to continuously refine and optimize growth strategies based on insights. šLead and manage Ecosystem BD, DevRel, and Growth Operations teams to enhance organizational efficiency and execution. šRepresent the public blockchain externally in industry partnerships and branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and industry influence.
Who You Are
š8+ years of experience in the internet or Web3 industry, with at least 3 years focused on Public Chain or Layer 2 ecosystem growth. šDeep involvement in the early-stage or high-growth phase of a public chain or protocol ecosystem. šStrong understanding of public blockchain ecosystem structures and token incentive design. šExcellent business development capabilities and cross-functional collaboration skills. šGlobal mindset with experience expanding into international markets preferred. šProven experience managing teams of 20+ members; results-driven with strong execution capabilities. šFluent in English; candidates with established international industry networks are preferred.
