Job Summary
Key responsibilities
šSource and foster new qualified leads (institutional and professional clients) and establish strong prospect business cases šFurther develop presence in the Swiss market by attending conferences, understanding the regulatory developments, and building a strong institutional and professional prospect network, enhancing Crypto Financeās market position šEmploy a systematic sales process with CRM-guided pipeline and prospect management šWork with internal and external stakeholders to convert leads into prospects, prioritising efforts to anticipate and ensure appropriate responses to prospect needs šContribute to the sales pipeline for digital asset services with a focus on custody, trading, and staking šActivate and leverage your network with banks in Switzerland and/or the European Union šFurther develop service offering by providing prospect feedback and market intelligence šCollaborate with account management regarding opportunities in the existing client base, including cross-selling of services, marketing activities, and events šFurther develop and implement business and sales strategies šDevelop new sales channels, platforms, and partnerships
Requirements
What we are looking for šA motivated individual with 3-5 years of institutional sales track record in a bank, custodian, financial data company, or similar šAffinity for networking and building new commercial relationships šExperienced in relationship building with banks and asset managers šStrong interpersonal skills and a team player šA passion for blockchain technology and digital assets, including the crypto asset market šSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and hands-on šHighly proactive and outgoing personality - thrives in a fast-moving environment šExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English is a
