Job Summary
Description
📍Support Sales Operations with lead management 📍Assist sales team with developing and maintaining a clean sales pipeline 📍Oversee efficiency of all sales leads 📍Distribution of leads 📍Reassignment of leads when need be 📍Prioritize quality of leads 📍Ensure high value leads are responded to within 1 hr of assignment 📍Creating and maintaining accurate smart views based on need 📍Inspirational attitude and ability to contribute to a motivating environment 📍Ability to train members of the sales team on how to effectively manage their pipeline and optimize their leads 📍Identify and report on any bottlenecks or roadblocks in regards to sales pipeline 📍Spot and prepare for potential sales slumps and growth 📍High emphasis on average lead responsive time, percentage of leads followed up with, touchpoints per lead by each associate, lead opportunity conversion rate.
Requirements
📍Please submit your resume in ENGLISH 📍Native English speaker (or at least professional level) 📍Must be available in EST time zone 📍Experience in sales 📍Effective verbal and written communication skills 📍Ability to build relationships, resolve conflict and foster teamwork 📍Great time management, strategic planning and organizational skills 📍Proficiency in using computer systems, software and relevant sales tools - most preferably Hubspot and Aloware 📍Familiarity with Defi or Crypto an added advantage 📍High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administator or 📍Executive Assistant are a plus
