Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

šŸ“Lead Generation & Outreach šŸ“Research and identify early-stage Web3 projects across various verticals (DeFi, GameFi, NFTs, etc.). šŸ“Reach out to project founders via cold messaging, events, and Web3 community networks. šŸ“Build a pipeline of quality project leads using tools like Slack, Notion and Jira. šŸ“Sales Support & Engagement šŸ“Present Seedify’s offerings clearly and confidently to potential partners. šŸ“Handle early sales conversations, gather project requirements, and assess potential fit. šŸ“Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure clear communication and follow-ups. šŸ“Onboarding Coordination šŸ“Use Slack, Notion, Jira, and Telegram to help organize onboarding workflows. šŸ“Assist with scheduling, document collection, and internal team coordination. šŸ“Ensure all project details are logged and handed over correctly to the relevant departments. šŸ“Web3 Knowledge & Market Awareness šŸ“Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Launchpads, IDO models, and fundraising trends. šŸ“Contribute insights on ecosystem opportunities, project quality, and industry shifts.

What You Bring

šŸ“Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferably in Web3, crypto, or tech startups). šŸ“A good understanding of Web3, tokenomics, launchpads, and fundraising dynamics. šŸ“Analytical and Adaptable Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing project viability (e.g., using data-driven insights and relevant tools) and adapting strategies to evolving Web3 landscapes, with a target of improving lead-to-onboard conversion rates. šŸ“Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to initiate conversations with founders, present Seedify’s value proposition, and build long-term partnerships
