Key Responsibilities

šŸ“Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales Directors to deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that showcase Fireblocksā€™ blockchain payment capabilities. šŸ“Solution Design: Assess client requirements and design technical solutions that integrate Fireblocksā€™ infrastructure into their payment workflows. Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and compliance standards. šŸ“Technical Presentations: Present in-depth technical content to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives, focusing on digital asset payments. šŸ“Customer Engagement: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration with Fireblocksā€™ MPC-based Wallet Infrastructure and APIs. šŸ“RFP Management: Lead the technical response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring accurate and compelling answers that align with client needs. šŸ“Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, R&D, and Security teams to address customer feedback and ensure solutions align with Fireblocksā€™ capabilities. šŸ“Industry Expertise: Stay informed about trends and challenges in the payments and blockchain space, positioning Fireblocks as a trusted advisor in digital asset payments.

What Youā€™ll Bring

šŸ“Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical pre-sales role, preferably in fintech, blockchain, payments, or cybersecurity. šŸ“Strong knowledge of the payments industry in EMEA, including cross-border payments, PSPs, and blockchain-based payment networks. šŸ“Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms, APIs, and security technologies. šŸ“Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused value propositions. šŸ“Skilled in delivering tailored demos and engaging presentations to diverse audiences. šŸ“Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. šŸ“A passion for blockchain technology and its applications in payments. šŸ“Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
