Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, providing expert support on staking mechanics, protocol integrations, and best practices. 📍Partner with account executives to engage client-side product managers and technical stakeholders, understanding their infrastructure needs and effectively positioning Kiln’s staking solutions. 📍Deliver compelling, hands-on demonstrations of Kiln’s platform to showcase our product’s technical capabilities and differentiation. 📍Support in technical discovery conversations, collaborate on solution architecture, and support integration through to successful implementation. 📍Gather client feedback and work closely with Product and Engineering to continuously refine Kiln’s offering in line with market needs. 📍Ensure proactive and timely communication to address technical questions, unblock client decisions, and drive satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. 📍Create and maintain technical documentation, solution briefs, and proof-of-concept implementations to accelerate customer understanding and adoption.
Requirements
📍Preferably 5-8 years in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similarly client-facing technical role 📍You’re a proactive self-starter who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and taking ownership of solutions from discovery to delivery. 📍You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise explanations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 📍You’re comfortable writing code, with proficiency in at least one programming language and working knowledge of JavaScript for scripting and demos. 📍You’ve built and nurtured strong relationships with customers and internal teams, earning trust as a technical advisor.
