Job Summary
What you will deliver:
šLead Generation: šConduct comprehensive research to identify potential prospects that match the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). šUtilize various tools and platforms to source and compile a list of qualified leads. šOutbound Outreach: šEngage in outbound activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to initiate conversations with potential customers. šTailor outreach messages to address the specific pain points and needs of the prospects, ensuring relevance and engagement. šLead Qualification: šQualify leads through discovery conversations to assess their needs, budget, decision-making process, and timeline (BANT). šDetermine whether a lead is a good fit for the company based on the assessment. šAppointment Setting: šSchedule meetings or discovery calls for the sales team with qualified prospects. šEnsure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the Business Development (BD) and Sales teams. šPipeline Management: šMaintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in the CRM tool. šRegularly update the sales funnel to reflect the current status of leads and opportunities. šCollaboration with Sales: šWork closely with the BD and Sales teams to understand feedback on lead quality and refine outreach strategies accordingly. šAssist in updating marketing content based on feedback and market trends. šCommunication Skills: šExhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and convey value propositions. šEnsure clarity, professionalism, and persuasiveness in all interactions. šResearch Skills: šDemonstrate the ability to research and gather key information about prospects and target accounts. šStay well-versed in the respective geographies and domains relevant to the target prospects. šCRM Proficiency (HubSpot): šUtilize CRM tools such as HubSpot to manage leads, track interactions, and report on outreach activities. šEnsure accurate and timely updates within the CRM to support effective pipeline management.
Must Haves for the Role:
