Avant Arte wants to make art radically more accessible for a new generation. The company began as a cult blog of contemporary artists and grew organically into the world’s largest and most engaged online art community, with more than 2 million of their followers under the age of 35. We collaborate with iconic contemporary artists like Jenny Holzer, Cai Guo-Qiang, Claire Tabouret and Hank Willis Thomas, making their work more accessible to younger collectors through sculpture editions, print editions and unique works on paper of exceptional quality. Job Summary
The main skills we’re looking for:
📍Proven experience leading CRM/retention strategy in a startup or high-growth environment, ideally e-commerce or consumer tech. 📍Proven ability to guide and support a small team, fostering their development while delivering strategic CRM initiatives that drive measurable business impact. 📍Keenly analytical, able to think systematically about email marketing automations and develop repeatable workflows to maximise the potential of each release. 📍Skilled at blending technical precision with creative thinking, developing flexible email marketing strategies tailored to specific campaigns. 📍Strong analytical skills to track relevant performance metrics, interpret data and deliver actionable insights. 📍Good writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy for email campaigns. 📍Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effective at working with cross-functional teams. 📍Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
We think you’ll probably have:
📍Strong knowledge of CRM software and email marketing tools such as Hubspot, Klaviyo or other comparable tools. 📍Proven experience leading email marketing strategies, both manual and automated, with a focus on driving impactful customer engagement and conversions. 📍Background in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in e-commerce.
