Job Summary

Responsibilities

📍Drive new business across financial institutions, leveraging your network to close enterprise deals. 📍Act as the face of R3 Labs in the US: own the sales cycle from lead to close, including RFPs and negotiations. 📍Ensure that all deals are closed efficiently and in compliance with company policies. 📍Build strong relationships with the Solana Foundation and ecosystem companies to unlock opportunities. 📍Collaborate with engineering, product, and services teams to deliver client solutions. 📍Track pipeline and performance in Salesforce; provide market feedback to inform strategy. 📍Represent R3 Labs at client meetings and industry events (travel up to 20%). 📍Develop and execute strategies to expand our market presence in the US, leveraging your pre-existing network of financial contacts.

Skills & Qualifications

📍10+ years enterprise sales into financial institutions; 3+ years in Digital Assets/Crypto/DeFi. 📍Established networks and relationships across the North American region, especially within the Digital Assets space. 📍Proven record of closing complex, high-value deals involving partner companies. 📍Excellent relationship building, communication, and negotiation skills. 📍Self-starter, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, start up-like environment. 📍Willingness to travel within the US region as needed (up to 20%). 📍Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM).
