Job Summary
In this role, you’ll:
📍Develop a winning team who are exceeding their quota and objectives. 📍Develop an effective and efficient strategy for recruiting, hiring, and training new Enterprise Account Executives on the sales motion at Chainalysis 📍Know the intricacies of your teams’ sales activity and track the results to inform your forecasts and individual development plans. 📍Upskill team ability to drive sales wins by participating in and leading client and prospect meetings. 📍Increase your team’s closure rates and decrease customer churn through your direct coaching and mentorship. 📍Work closely with senior sales management to provide accurate forecasts and updates on sales activities, informing the overall sales strategy across the business
We’re looking for candidates who have:
📍Recent experience managing and closing complex software sales within the assigned customers focused on law enforcement and Central Government, allowing for meaningful conversations with clients and effective alignment of solutions to their requirements. 📍Experience managing the sales cycle from mission/program manager to agency leadership 📍A history of scaling and coaching high-performing and diverse sales teams 📍A deep understanding of the challenges, needs, and workflows unique to law enforcement and Central Government agencies, allowing for meaningful conversations with clients and effective alignment of solutions to their requirements. 📍An understanding of financial metrics and budget management to ensure sales operations are aligned with revenue targets and profitability goals. 📍The ability to collaborate effectively with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer success to drive a cohesive and aligned approach to serving customers and growing the business.
