šMain Responsibilities: šUser Acquisition Management: šDevelop and execute user acquisition strategies to optimize ad spend and drive user growth. šMonitor and analyze acquisition data, adjusting strategies to improve FTD (First Time Deposit) and clientsā royalty. š Social Media Management: š Plan and implement social media marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and user engagement. šMaintain and expand the brand's presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter). š Influencer Marketing: š Identify and collaborate with influencers in the Southeast Asian region to develop partnership strategies and increase brand exposure. š Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of influencer collaborations to ensure marketing goals are met. š Community Management: šBuild and manage the brand community to increase user activity and loyalty. šPlan and organize community events to enhance user engagement. š Content and Event Operations: š Responsible for content creation and publication, ensuring high quality and relevance. šOrganize and execute online and offline events to boost brand influence.
What we look for in you:
šTeam Building Ability: Able to independently build and manage an efficient marketing team. šProject Management Experience: Proven experience in leading a team to independently complete projects. šExperience in Southeast Asia: Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market; relevant work experience is preferred. šLarge Corporation Mindset + Startup Spirit: Possesses systematic thinking and methodologies from large enterprises, combined with the flexibility and innovation of a startup. šEnglish Proficiency: MUST be Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, capable of using it as a working language for communication and document writing.
