Job Summary
Responsibilities
šAs the regional BD head, you will drive overall business revenue and establish the brand as a top player in the crypto platform space šLead and manage BD team to achieve results šGain insights into market changes and trends, and identify and pursue new business opportunities šAble to management client relationships properly and professionally, and guide subordinates šDevelop and strengthen relationships with local crypto influencers to drive user acquisition through strategic partnerships šResponsible for planning and implementing campaigns with influencers and channels šWork closely with product, tech and FinEng team to ensure user feedback is promptly addressed and followed up šProvide guidance and support to the team
Qualifications
šDiploma or higher in any discipline š3+ years of business development or affiliate marketing experience in the cryptocurrency space šProven track record of building large affiliate networks from the ground up šStrong understanding of affiliate customer acquisition OKR and optimization methods, with the ability to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
