When you join SDF as a Community Manager, you will be a part of a team thatā€™s leveraging that opportunity to increase developer participation in order to bootstrap the ecosystem of tools, protocols, dapps, and educational resources necessary for Soroban to succeed.

Job Summary

In this role you will:

šŸ“Schedule and coordinate a high volume of phone, video, and in-person interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency šŸ“Manage the communication of all interview logistics to candidates and interview teams šŸ“Build highly effective working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross functional groups to ensure a high touch, white glove interview experience from start to finish including improving and streamlining processes as needed šŸ“Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to document, enter, and update interview processes in our Applicant Tracking System (We use Greenhouse!) šŸ“Meet and greet candidates who are on site for interviews Assist with the implementation and integration of recruiting-related tools/platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Codesignal, Gem) in addition to other ad-hoc projects šŸ“Maintain data accuracy within Greenhouse, and coordinate with recruiting team to ensure information on candidates and requisitions is up to date

Qualifications:

šŸ“1+ year of experience in an operational or administrative role involving scheduling šŸ“Proficiency with Google Suite (especially Google Calendar, Drive, and Gmail) šŸ“Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy; ability to be flexible and handle simultaneous moving parts with a sense of urgency šŸ“Candidate-centric attitude and drive to provide an unparalleled candidate experience šŸ“Proactive communicator with experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels across the business šŸ“A sense of ownership and passion for teamwork and positively contributing to the success and reputation of the Recruiting team šŸ“High propensity for customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done šŸ“Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing priorities and evolving processes šŸ“Strong initiative, problem solving skills, and resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring and scheduling life cycle - you can fix any last minute issues without breaking a sweat.
