Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities
šManage and execute the recruiting process for university trading roles, including screening, interviewing, offer management and continued engagement. šDeliver a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage, ensuring transparency, speed, and professionalism. šPartner with trader interviewers and hiring managers to evaluate candidate performance and facilitate hiring decisions. šCollaborate with the wider team to ensure a strong flow of qualified trading candidates into the trading interview pipeline. šWork closely with Recruiting Operations to ensure flawless execution of interviews, logistics and communication workflows. šStay informed on industry trends and provide input on the university trading recruiting strategy. šContribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying challenges and suggesting enhancements to workflows. šParticipate in post-season reviews to evaluate hiring outcomes and recommend process refinements. šTrack key metrics to assess pipeline health, anticipating risks and taking action to resolve execution-related challenges šWork with internal marketing teams to develop messaging that resonates with trading candidates and highlights IMCās unique strengths.
Your Skills and Experience:
š4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within university recruiting. šExperience with high-caliber talent in a fast-paced, competitive job market. šProven ability to manage and evaluate a pipeline of strong candidates through structured interview processes. šStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a team and business stakeholders. šExperience using recruiting metrics to evaluate pipeline health, identify process improvements, and support hiring decisions.
