Job Summary
Responsibilities/Duties
đź“ŤManage the Recruitment Life Cycle, schedule interviews, move candidates through the pipeline, gather feedback, and create offer letters. đź“ŤOversee our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Greenhouse. đź“ŤRun the onboarding process for new hires and maintain an organized calendar for start dates. đź“ŤCollaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments at Figment, primarily PeopleOps, Legal, and Accounting.
Qualifications
đź“ŤAt least 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment. đź“ŤOutstanding organizational skills and calendar management. đź“ŤExpertise in Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Notion đź“ŤExcellent time management and self-starter capabilities. đź“ŤAbility to handle sensitive and proprietary information. đź“ŤA good person, team player, and someone who loves a fast-paced startup environment.
