Job Summary
What You Will Do
📍Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews across all teams, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and stakeholders. 📍Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and EAs to manage complex calendars and scheduling priorities efficiently. 📍Candidate Experience: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication and support throughout their interview process. 📍Written and Verbal Communication: Draft and send professional, engaging communication to candidates and internal teams. 📍Adaptability and Speed: Thrive in a high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly, maintaining composure and attention to detail.
What You Will Bring
📍3+ years in a recruiting coordination or similar administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment. 📍Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm. 📍Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, complex schedules, and time-sensitive requests with ease. 📍Familiarity with Greenhouse and calendaring tools (e.g., Google Calendar). 📍Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal teams. 📍Proactive and able to work independently, while staying aligned with team goals and processes.
