Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šServe as the main point of contact between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates throughout the interview process. šCoordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, ensuring timely communication and smooth logistics. šManage candidate tracking, ensuring all candidate data is up to date in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). šMaintain clear and consistent communication with candidates, keeping them informed of their application status and next steps. šSupport hiring managers with interview preparation, scheduling, and post-interview follow-ups. šAssist in creating and maintaining recruiting reports and documentation. šHelp with other administrative recruiting tasks as needed.
Requirements
šPrevious experience in recruiting coordination or administrative support within a fast-paced environment (security or tech industry experience a plus). šExceptional organizational and communication skills. šAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. šStrong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a dynamic work environment
