Requirements
📍Proven experience hiring in crypto/web3 or iGaming industries; 📍2–5 years in agency or in-house recruiting; 📍Ability to understand complex roles quickly and speak confidently with hiring managers and top-talent candidates; 📍Strong communication and relationship-building skills; 📍Proactive, curious, and driven to keep up with industry trends; 📍Fluent in English; 📍Ability to work effectively without micromanaging.
