Job Summary
Responsibilities
šBuilding a prototype library for a sophisticated decentralized derivatives and spot clearing and settlement protocol. šImplementing a market simulator and backtesting tools to optimize the existing methodology šMonitoring and assessing market liquidity risk, insolvency risk, and other relevant protocol risks šHelp maintain test coverage and documentation šCommunicate requirements effectively within and across teams
Requirements
šA strong background in mathematics with good knowledge of probability theory, statistics and numerical methods šGood understanding of financial derivatives and market microstructure šProficiency in back-testing, simulation, and statistical techniques šStrong programming skills with quantitative languages such as Python, C++, Go, Spark Strong interest in crypto and DeFi šAbility to think independently and communicate complex ideas clearly šStrong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and liaise effectively with institutional customers and partners
