Responsibilities:

📍Contribute to the development of firm-wide growth strategies and long-term goals 📍Work with business leaders to identify opportunities to meet these goals including (but not limited to): market entry strategies, business prioritization, operational efficiency, and assessing strategic investments 📍Support specific regional ang global initiatives and projects aligned to the firm’s 2030 strategy 📍Work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions to further strategic objectives 📍Lead workstreams, problem solving sessions and drive analyses to support project hypotheses and recommendations 📍Clearly communicate via presentations, meetings and via memos 📍Engage with Global CS&D and Finance teams to provide periodic updates on business / regional performance and strategy 📍Evaluate business opportunities globally, including acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures 📍Develop and maintain industry and competitive intelligence 📍Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

📍Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree, with strong record of academic achievement 📍4-7 years of relevant work experience 📍Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; strategic and creative thinking aptitude 📍Superb written and oral communication skills in English; command of an Asian language a plus 📍High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
