In this role, you’ll:

📍Build new programs or start new projects from the ground up, from zero to one 📍Manage and execute projects across multiple programs, seamlessly shifting between various priorities like global expansion and commercialization initiatives 📍Operationalize commercialization efforts, effectively building in repeatable processes that create efficiency 📍Proactively and continuously identify and manage risks, ensuring that potential issues that could impact projects are mitigated effectively 📍Write and maintain a variety of documentation, including project scoping documents, executive summaries, and status reports, to ensure clear communication and project alignment 📍Guide teams through transitions with proactive planning and communication 📍Use your skills in Jira and Confluence, and apply best practices to track the execution of projects and ensure efficient workflow management 📍Employ program and project governance frameworks to ensure consistent and effective project delivery, and tailor frameworks and methodologies to fit unique project needs

We’re looking for candidates who have:

📍A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; Master’s in Business or Business Administration preferred 📍Experience in program management at a high-growth tech company 📍Strong leadership and excellent written and verbal communication skills 📍A keen sense of initiative the ability to thoughtfully prioritize tasks, leveraging data to drive decision-making 📍Experience leading cross-functional teams by influence, without direct authority 📍Excellent problem solving skills (an eye for details, a systematic thought process, and the ability to execute thoughtfully)
