Job Summary
Key Role Responsibilities:
šLeverage data and your critical thinking to support or own critical reports and insights for the business: šQBR decks š Quarterly lookbacks šBoard material šOther leadership deck. šWork with team members to share core deliverables to drive Revenue function operations. šSupport or Own key recurring activities that are necessary to the proper functioning of the revenue organization: šAccount split / territory management šValidating account coverage šPipeline cleanup šValidating appropriate tiering of accounts šEnsuring correct parent-child mapping šEnsure correct reporting region is tagged
Lead qualification
šFollow-up with inbound leads to determine if they merit further consideration and discovery from Sales team šContact potential clients through email. šCollaboration with Sales and Teams: šFunnel leads to the relevant Sales individual šGet feedback from Sales on how to improve lead response and qualification šPerformance Tracking: šTrack key performance metrics like call volume, call results, and lead conversion rates š Utilize CRM systems to ensure efficient lead management.
Qualifications:
šBachelorās Degree š1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a Rev-Ops role šWell-developed analytical skills with the ability to glean insights from data šDetail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality šAble to log data within CRM and database programs (e.g., Google Sheets) šFamiliarity and, preferred, experience with CRM tools, BI tools, and beginner level coding (in service of manipulating BI tools to pull data)
