Job Summary

Key Role Responsibilities:

šŸ“Leverage data and your critical thinking to support or own critical reports and insights for the business: šŸ“QBR decks šŸ“ Quarterly lookbacks šŸ“Board material šŸ“Other leadership deck. šŸ“Work with team members to share core deliverables to drive Revenue function operations. šŸ“Support or Own key recurring activities that are necessary to the proper functioning of the revenue organization: šŸ“Account split / territory management šŸ“Validating account coverage šŸ“Pipeline cleanup šŸ“Validating appropriate tiering of accounts šŸ“Ensuring correct parent-child mapping šŸ“Ensure correct reporting region is tagged

Lead qualification

šŸ“Follow-up with inbound leads to determine if they merit further consideration and discovery from Sales team šŸ“Contact potential clients through email. šŸ“Collaboration with Sales and Teams: šŸ“Funnel leads to the relevant Sales individual šŸ“Get feedback from Sales on how to improve lead response and qualification šŸ“Performance Tracking: šŸ“Track key performance metrics like call volume, call results, and lead conversion rates šŸ“ Utilize CRM systems to ensure efficient lead management.

Qualifications:

šŸ“Bachelor’s Degree šŸ“1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a Rev-Ops role šŸ“Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to glean insights from data šŸ“Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality šŸ“Able to log data within CRM and database programs (e.g., Google Sheets) šŸ“Familiarity and, preferred, experience with CRM tools, BI tools, and beginner level coding (in service of manipulating BI tools to pull data)
