Responsibilities:

📍Lead the ideation and execution of product implementation that drives growth 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop growth strategy for better customer conversion and retention 📍Able to conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor analysis to understand the market and customers' needs and how to achieve them effectively 📍Work with regional teams and understand their local needs, to ensure the standard product solution is flexible enough to meet the local needs 📍Develop a mid-long term product roadmap of your working scope 📍Prioritize product features, lead end-to-end product development lift cycle with business operations, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality experiences 📍Collaborate with the data team, inform product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g. a/b testing, usability studies, competitor analysis)

Requirements:

📍3+ years of product management/product ownership experience (candidates with Rewards Hub/Coupon Product experience preferred) 📍Strong understanding of fund security, risk control and finance is preferred 📍Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 📍Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices 📍Strong analytical, data-driven, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills 📍Highly comfortable and adaptable to frequent changes and ambiguity 📍Experience in e-commerce, Blockchain is a plus
