Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Launch Phase: 📍Conduct a comprehensive audit of the trading system’s performance and stability. 📍Evaluate matching engine reliability and order execution quality. 📍Identify weak points and propose improvements to the trading infrastructure. 📍Define a roadmap for stabilizing spot trading performance and scaling the system.
Ongoing Responsibilities:
📍Own and lead the development of both Spot and Futures trading products. 📍Drive implementation of new order types within the Spot trading module. 📍Continuously optimize system latency and request processing times; improve overall throughput (RPS). 📍Refine and structure trading data to enable accurate calculation of user Trading PnL. 📍Ensure seamless trading functionality through Public API access for all external users. 📍Define and monitor trading-related KPIs (execution speed, fill rate, uptime, etc.) 📍Work closely with liquidity and market-making teams to support internal and external liquidity needs.
