WHAT YOU’LL DO:

📍Deeply understand the needs of customers, partners, and stakeholders to deliver new and innovative solutions which grow RLUSD. 📍Translate these needs into opportunities and lead the roadmap to achieve OKRs 📍Engage with a wide range of cross-functional teams such as markets, finance, customer support, and operations to capture requirements 📍Work closely with various engineering teams to build products and features that delight users 📍Stay on top of timelines and work closely with partners to understand and discuss the trends 📍Define and drive performance standards and test cases to ensure a consistent and robust customer experience. 📍Apply your user experience expertise to delight our customers

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

📍Minimum 3 years of professional experience and 1 year in product management. 📍Passion for crypto technologies and how they can be used to improve traditional finance. 📍Ability to take a big ambiguous problem and translate it into product requirements and roadmap. 📍Ability to understand both business needs and technical requirements and communicate across different teams. 📍Experience working cross-functionally to drive alignment and execution. 📍Experience being diligent while simultaneously keeping the big picture in mind. 📍Prior experience building for treasurers or in the capital markets space 📍Familiarity with blockchain/ crypto, payments, and/or stablecoins
