What You’ll Be Doing

📍You will drive the technical responsibilities for PINTU’s features. Using your technical knowledge and passion to build features from scratch, you will team up with our top product to build the most secure and reliable blockchain-based investment platform for new investors in South East Asia.

In this role, you will:

📍Own product development from conception to launch 📍Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and cross-functional teams to develop and steer product roadmap 📍Define and analyze metrics to guide product development 📍Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision 📍Be a very flexible & adaptive Product Manager that can shift roles and responsibilities between customer-facing products, business-facing products, and internal platforms

Who We Are Looking For

📍2-5 years of previous experience in product management of one or more successful tech company 📍Solid understanding of cryptocurrencies, fintech, and how the intersection of the two can become a game-changer and competitive advantage 📍Strong product specification writing skills and oral communication skills in English and Indonesian. Our partners are international. 📍Ability to focus on scalable platform solutions and business outcomes. 📍Ability to lead through influence. Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills. 📍Deep analytical skill, fast learning rate, and deep awareness of the latest in payments & fin-tech space. 📍Can easily determine whether a problem is worth solving by taking holistic view around user needs, business opportunities, technical constraints, and company strategy 📍Strong sense of ownership and love to manage complex projects & venturing into the unknown
