Job Summary
What you'll be doing:
đź“ŤDefine and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a user-first, Web3-powered streaming platform. đź“ŤOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, UX/UI direction, technical requirements, development, QA, and launch. đź“ŤCollaborate with engineering, design, content, ecosystem, and go-to-market teams to ensure product-market fit and smooth execution. đź“ŤChampion UX excellence by deeply understanding user behavior and needs, and translating these into elegant, intuitive product experiences. đź“ŤConduct user research and market analysis to stay ahead of trends in both traditional streaming and Web3 innovation. đź“ŤArticulate and evangelize the product strategy to internal and external stakeholders, balancing bold vision with clear execution. đź“ŤEstablish and track key product metrics (KPIs) to inform continuous iteration and improvement.
What we’re looking for:
đź“Ť5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer tech, media platforms, or Web3 environments. đź“ŤProven success launching user-centric products from scratch, especially in fast-paced or high-growth environments. đź“ŤExperience in media streaming platforms or adjacent consumer applications, with strong intuition for UX and engagement loops. đź“ŤSolid understanding of Web3 infrastructure, including decentralized storage, smart contracts, or blockchain-based identity/wallet systems.
