📍Own product development / localisation from conception to launch 📍Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and other cross-functional teams to develop and steer the local product roadmap 📍Define and analyse metrics to guide product development 📍Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision 📍Communicate progress on initiatives to cross-functional partners and executive leadership

📍5+ years of product software management experience with a proven track record of successfully driving growth initiatives 📍Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organisational skills 📍Structured problem solver and strong analytical skills 📍Both strategic and tactical thinking. You have strong intellect, a broad perspective, and the confidence to engage with senior leaders across multiple disciplines 📍Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission 📍Self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset that has the ability to succeed in a fast-paced ever changing environment 📍Native Dutch speaker, fluent English and based in the Netherlands
