Job Summary
Responsibilities
šVision and Strategy Development: Craft a clear vision and strategic plan for our purpose-built blockchain and execution layer protocols, ensuring alignment with broader AI/web3 market needs and company objectives. šProduct Planning and Management: Define product requirements and roadmaps, setting priorities to align with strategic goals. Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and beyond. šTechnical Oversight: Work closely with tech leads to make key modular architectural and protocol decisions, ensure the blockchain's integrity, and maintain a focus on high-performance, privacy, security, and provenance. šStakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between technical teams, marketing & ecosystem teams, external partners, and the broader blockchain community to gather insights, build consensus, and drive adoption. šMarket Analysis, Product Research and Positioning: Conduct comprehensive market and product research to guide product positioning and identify competitive advantages. šRisk Management: Identify potential risks, including technical challenges, market shifts, and regulatory concerns, developing strategies to mitigate risks. šPerformance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the blockchain performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements. šCommunity Building: Foster a vibrant community around our blockchain, engaging with developers, users, and other stakeholders to ensure a strong ecosystem. šRegulatory Compliance and Governance: Ensure the blockchain platform adheres to relevant regulatory requirements and establishes a governance model that aligns with decentralized principles.
Minimum Qualifications
š7+ years product management or related industry experience š0 to 1 experience in building a L1 or L2 blockchain and protocol šUnderstanding and experience with AI is a plus šFamiliarity with distributed infrastructure and architectures, blockchain technologies, and decentralized services šExperience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
