Ideal Candidate

📍++ 5 years of experience in software engineering and product management 📍Demonstrated success in leading engineers across different domains, such as web3 infrastructure, blockchain nodes, API development, or similar areas. 📍Strong technical foundation, with the ability to engage deeply on technical topics related to web3 infrastructure, blockchain technology, and operational practices. 📍Proven track record of planning and execution, with the ability to drive projects to successful completion. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across teams and with leadership members. 📍Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, navigating the complexities of scaling both teams and technology.
