Job Description

📍Engage, build and maintain strong relationships with founders in our portfolio companies, industry experts, and other stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem, to build key relationships and influence 📍and manage a diverse portfolio of hundreds of crypto investments (including digital assets and equities) by collaborating with the investment team, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives 📍Evaluate the performance of portfolio companies, providing regular updates and reports to senior management 📍Monitor market trends to conduct market analysis and risk assessment from time to time 📍Supporting the business across a broad scope of corporate matters, including corporate restructuring, divestments, reporting requirements (as required) and other transactional initiatives by portfolio companies

Qualifications

📍Experience: [6-8] years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, private equity, or a related field, with a focus on Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency investments. 📍Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
📍Strong problem-solving, communication (written and verbal), organizational and analytical skills 📍Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely 📍Strong attention to detail 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with portfolio companies and external stakeholders.
