Responsibilities:

📍Build and maintain digital infrastructure to scale our support to 470+ portfolio companies, from contact lists to scalable support in fostering ecosystem partnership 📍Collate investor updates from portfolio companies and third party sources to help prioritize portfolio support 📍Manage virtual and in-person events from programming to on-site logistics, to ensure a smooth event experience for participants and attendees 📍Update our portfolio on our digital channels, showcasing our projects and providing relevant information for investors and partners 📍Assist in general administrative tasks and support ad-hoc projects as needed

📍A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment 📍Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work 📍Reliable and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion 📍Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 📍Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders in a professional manner 📍Comfortable working remotely and independently, while being an effective team player 📍The ideal candidate would have coding knowledge or curiosity to learn, so to build tools and automate processes especially across Notion, Airtable, and Slack
