We are looking for candidates to join the team of our new AA pc/console project. As Roof Stacks, we have implemented innovative projects since our establishment in 2015. Our mission is to become a global player in our areas of expertise that includes: tourism systems, augmented reality, game development and financial technology. While the development of our GoArt project continues rapidly, we are starting a new AA PC/Console game. Our project, is going to be published by a large media organization. We have a team that has been working together for a long time, has a common climate and a development language. We have a talented art team that has been involved in large projects before and has been working together for a long time. 📍AWS, Azure ve GCP ortamlarında Grafana ve Prometheus üzerinden platform metriklerini izlemek ve analiz etmek 📍CPU, bellek, disk, latency gibi performans göstergelerini değerlendirip gerekli aksiyonları almak veya ilgili ekiplere iletmek 📍Alarm eşik değerlerini, sistem sürekliliğini ve olay trendlerini takip etmek 📍AWS servisleri (EC2, IAM, S3, VPC) üzerinde temel operasyonel görevleri yürütmek 📍O365, Google Workspace, Active Directory ve VPN ortamlarında kullanıcı desteği sağlamak 📍Olay yönetimi, eskalasyon süreçleri ve teknik dokümantasyon oluşturmak 📍Platform izleme süreçlerinde standartlaşmayı ve kaliteyi artırmak
Aranan Nitelikler
📍Bilgi Teknolojileri, Bilgisayar Programcılığı veya ilgili bölümlerden mezuniyet 📍IT Support, Infrastructure veya Platform Support alanlarında en az 3 yıl deneyim 📍Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP ve ağ yönetimi konularında güçlü bilgi 📍AWS Cloud Practitioner sertifikasına sahip; AWS Solutions Architect Associate hazırlığında olan 📍Jira veya benzeri ticket sistemleriyle çalışma deneyimi 📍İngilizce teknik dokümantasyon okuyup yazma becerisi
