Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Full-Funnel UA: Plan, launch, and optimize on Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA, DSPs, affiliates. 📍Attribution & Deep Links: Operate AppsFlyer OneLink, SKAN, GA4; set guardrails for fraud and dedupe. 📍Lifecycle Bridge: Partner with Braze to align paid→owned handoffs (KYC nudge, deposit/first spend sequences). 📍Experimentation: Weekly test cadence across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bid strategies. 📍Budget & Forecasting: Own CPA/CAC/ROAS targets; scenario plan by market and channel. 📍Reporting: Clear dashboards for installs→KYC→deposit→spend; push learning agendas to leadership.
What You'll Bring
📍4–8 years in performance marketing for high-growth apps/fintech. 📍Hands-on with AppsFlyer, GA4, Firebase/Mixpanel, Braze 📍Proven track record hitting CAC and payback targets at scale (6–7 figures/month). 📍Analytical rigor; comfortable with SQL/Sheets modeling and cohort analysis.
