📍As a part of the Churn & Retention team, the Marketing Specialist will drive and execute impactful programming to re-engage lapsed PayPal users at scale by: 📍Delivering against program targets for Net New Active users and Churn Saves through always-on incentive programming and continued test & learn experimentation 📍Supporting and executing backlog (learning agenda) of Growth experiments to re-engage churned users with tailored, impactful programming 📍Engaging agile team inclusive of dedicated resources across Marketing Operations, Analytics & Creative to launch programming across both owned and paid channels 📍Working cross-functionally with Brand, Legal, Risk, Product, & other segment marketing teams to bring key initiatives to lifeExperience and
