Job Summary
Key responsibilities:
šPlanning and coordination of integrated marketing campaigns and programs for Caffeine, ensuring branding and messaging consistency across all channels, in close collaboration with the Caffeine Product, Branding & Design and Institutional Affairs teams šAct as a project manager for Caffeine campaigns to ensure the delivery of high quality and high performing initiatives, that support the ecosystemās growth šCollaborate with the rest of the Marketing team to help improve Caffeine messaging, thought leadership, and content creation according to our target audiences through a data-driven approach šCreate consistent performance marketing programs for Caffeine, including SEO, SEA, Paid Social, etc. šManage the Marketing agency to ensure their delivery is optimal šInitiate and implement special projects for the marketing team šProvide regular reports and insights to the wider Marketing team and Leadership
Skills and attributes:
š5+ years of experience in leading Marketing campaigns for relevant brands š3+ years of marketing experience with web products, preferably consumer facing šSolid experience managing external suppliers, especially creative agencies šExperience with data-driven marketing campaigns šExceptional copywriting skills and spoken/written english šHands-on, proactive and diligent
